At the recent Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO) General Meeting in Jordan, B.EST Solutions’s CEO Jana Krimpe represented the Estonian Association of Information Technology and Telecommunications (ITL Estonia), contributing to meaningful discussions on global digital cooperation.

A key milestone of the event was the introduction of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)between ITL Estonia and the DCO, signed at LEAP2025. This strategic agreement formalises a shared commitment to research, capacity-building, and knowledge exchange, with the aim of helping bridge digital divides and support startups across DCO Member States.
“By encouraging innovation and knowledge sharing, this partnership is paving the way for a globally connected and digitally empowered future,” said Jana Krimpe, CEO of B.EST Solutions. “Such an ambitious endeavour requires strong leaders, which is why I want to extend a special thank you to Secretary-General H.E. Deemah Al Yahya for her visionary leadership at the DCO,fostering collaboration to create a more inclusive digital world.”
As part of the visit agenda, Mrs. Krimpe also participated in the Observer’s Committee Meeting, engaging in discussions under the theme “Bridging the Digital Divide: Opportunities for Collaboration in Universal Connectivity” as well as the panel conversation “Empowering Women Leadership in the Age of AI” at the International Digital Cooperation Forum (IDCF).
“Through multi-stakeholder partnerships, private sector engagement, and strategic initiatives in AI, digital infrastructure, and entrepreneurship, we are building a future of boundless digital opportunities,” states Mrs. Krimpe. “But we also need to ensure that these opportunities serve everyone, not just a few. This is why we need to invest in early STEM education, raise awareness on technological developments among all societal groups and commit to social impact in all projects.”
At the culmination of the DCO General Meeting, the DCO Council endorsed the Final Declaration: “DCO Path for Digital Resilience and Social Prosperity”, which serves as a strategic blueprint guiding Member States, Partners, and Observers in shaping an inclusive and resilient digital economy.
As a strong advocate for digital cooperation and inclusivity, B.EST Solutions remains committed to leveraging its expertise and leadership to support initiatives that advance technological progress and economic opportunities across DCO Member States.
